Wang shack

My fiancé and I have supported Wang Shack since we moved to cypress texas. We catered them for our housewarming! Loyal customers! I am sad to write that I will no longer support Wang shack. They are expensive for mediocre ranch, slimy and contaminated celery, and dry wings that I requested to be wet. Overall, quality has went done all together and I don’t trust that their food is safe to eat. I went to this location before and seen an actually employee use their hands to take the wings out the fry basket. I didn’t make a review because I informed management, young white lady, who take care of the problem by informing her employee use gloves. But who has to coach their employee on cleanliness in a food establishment. I’m tired of buying these high prices and getting mediocre food. Tonight was the last straw. From them not honoring my wet request to this moldly celery that I almost ate! I threw the whole meal away. Waste of time and money! DISGUSTING ALL AROUND! Do not waste your money here!

Great tasting food and a variety of options. I love their combos. The atmosphere is casual and quaint. The servers and workers a pleasant. I will recommend that if someone does an online/ to go order and has given a tip where drinks are needed, that the attendant needs to complete the order by filling the drink cups instead of expecting the customer to this. I believe the attendant should ask the customer if they would like for them to fill the cup. If the customer wants to do it that is their choice. It defeats the purpose of ordering in advance for quick pickup when you have to fill your own cups especially when the order is large. A fifteen percent tip goes to service that is beyond what is expected service. All customers want their order to be completed by the attendant. Please be considerate.

I ordered Buffalo wing & lemon pepper wings bone in. Delicious 😋 and Shack fries.. Food is good and hot 🔥 the wait if you order 3 orders for one ticket you'll wait a while and if the person with you orders first they'll be finished before the three that ordered together get their food or the first one person's food may be cooled off. The food is cooked by order whis is Great for me!!

I do not have any photos of my meal because every time I go I'm tearing up my food not even thinking to snap a photo! The customer service is top tier and I work in the service industry so yeah. Every time I have been I've felt welcomed and attended to by nice staff. I was recommended this place by a friend so I've been trying different wing flavors. The jerk and spicy garlic so far are my favorites. I'm a lemon pepper girl but the lemon pepper here is very lemon lol so I have to be in the mood. The waffle fries are very good and the food is always fresh. Honestly, I've been a Wingstop lover and now being in this area I rather stop by this restaurant instead. Oh, and the lemonade is amazing!

It was super busy so there was a wait, but it was reasonable. I liked the kiosk at the front where you can just order by yourself. The lemonades they make are both super good. The wings were ok. I just tried traditional hot. Flavor was pretty good the wings weren’t crispy. It was Togo and a 10 min drive home so that might be why. Fries were good service was good. I would try again but maybe eat there. They also have great prices.

As much as I look at reviews on Google from different restaurants before trying and see good & bad reviews, I still have to try for myself because everyone has different experiences. We kept it simple and ordered 2-8 piece boneless wing combos (Original Hot & Mild) which also included a total of 4 ranch’s. 12.99 each plus tax. About the same as anywhere else. The ranch containers are a slight bit smaller but still 2 is enough unless you like to drown your wings in ranch. Our wings & fries were cooked just right. With both flavors being tasty and a slight different from other wing spots. Despite other reviews on here about the food being undercook, ours wasn’t. I’m hoping whoever cooked those previous meals was either shown how to properly make them or was obviously replaced by now. I WOULD RECOMMEND for the simple fact I mentioned earlier that everyone has a different experience, so just try it and find out yourself. The order came out quick (12-15 min), the food was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean. We will be back next time to try out their other flavors on the menu 👍🏻

This place was so good and flavorful! The wings were covered in sauce and cooked to perfection! We had the pineapple bang, spicy garlic, and Jamaican jerk. We also had the shack fries that were covered in a sweet seasoning that paired well with the cheese and ranch dip. The ranch was delicious. The service was great and the employees were very nice and attentive. I just found my new wing place for sure! Didn't get to try the daiquiris this round, but definitely will next time.
